Building Bridges Between Front Line Workers & Wellbeing Professionals
Building Bridges in Local Communities
Front Line Workers carry the weight of our community on their shoulders. Unfortunately, there is often a giant chasm between the men and women of the front line and the resources that are necessary for them to carry that load. The RG Institute is designed to provide actionable workshops and certifications to both Front Line Workers and Community Wellbeing Professionals that bridge the gap and build solid relationships within local communities.

Here is what our students are saying...
"I really appreciated the concrete tips for lowering my own stress, plus the "scripts" for handling peer support for Chronic or Acute issues. I also liked the intro each day that really got us all talking. I have already been promoting the class to my immediate work group!"
First Responder, lynchburg, va
"I felt that everyone had a good feeling coming into the class. But y’all sold it to those who weren’t in the first meeting. By the end, those guys and gals are ready to make it work. It was great to sit and watch all 3 organizations represented and talking earnestly about their respective situations and already saying out loud what they expected would happen both good and bad. I feel really good about what I heard and saw. Once the peer to peer catches on amongst the troops it’ll be the best thing that’s ever happened in this city’s emergency services!! Also let me say thank you again for being who you are. I appreciate y’all your obvious love for first responders."

"I enjoyed the explanation of actual brain procesing during training. I would enjoy knowing more about it. I loved the instructors! Thank y'all!"
